Stayton Law Group, P.A., focuses on the legal issues that surround the construction industry in Florida.
The construction industry is dynamic and often difficult. General contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, insurers, owners, and architects and engineers operate in a legal environment, as well as on project sites. We are in business to help all participants in the construction industry successfully navigate through the legal issues.

As a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer since 2005, I have significant experience and expertise in resolving constructi disputes, especially those involving Florida's construction lien and bond law. Representing construction industry participants, I practice in state and federal court, at trial and arbitration. I have substantial experience in contract negotiation and drafting.

My wife and I work as a team. Dawn M. Russell-Stayton is a certified paralegal and the firm's administrator. She is diligent, extraordinarily committed to our clients, and devoted to the practice. But since she is not a lawyer, her billing rates are substantially lower than any lawyer's.
As a small firm, we are not driven by billing quotas and minimum hours. Yes, we expect to be paid for our services and expertise, but we are committed to providing value -- not just bills. With our combined experience, we deliver large-firm expertise at small firm rates.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
